The Project Coordinator will help support all Sales and Operational activities to ensure the efficient planning, execution, and completion of all assigned projects. They will assist the National Accounts Team with qualifying new job requests, estimating costs and price on maintenance work, assisting with sourcing and scheduling jobs, creating and delivering sales proposals, keeping various systems and records updated timely, gathering key documents on each job, and supporting each business unit as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the National Account team by maintaining strong relationships with customers on behalf of Let’s Roof. The Project Coordinator is responsible for servicing each customer account assigned to them to assist in the growth of market share.
  • Qualify and vet requirements with Customers on new job requests. This includes, but not limited to, gathering as much information as possible such as specifying areas needing repair, photos, budgets, due dates, and key contacts.
  • Internally estimate cost and price on small-to-medium size maintenance jobs to maximize speed and margin.
  • Work with Company’s Subcontractors to secure job costs and coordinate schedule between them and Customer.
  • Prepare customer proposals and presentations for timely delivery to current and prospective customers, adhering to company standards and client requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and external parties, including subcontractors, vendors, and onsite/corporate customer contacts to ensure timely project delivery and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Maintain and organize any project documentation as needed. Organization is crucial!
  • Backup support for maintaining Customer’s Work Order Systems with timely updates, information and documentation.
  • Provide customer updates or new requirements to internal team members as needed and assist in the coordination of efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Let’s Roof’s CRM program to maximize productivity, accuracy and completeness of project records, and customer management.
  • May serve as back-up to the Account Manager from time-to-time.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a client support role in Construction, or related industry (Preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in similar field (Preferred).
  • Experience in project coordination or a related role. (Preferred)
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced transactional environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate with customers with confidence and poise.
  • Ability to manage customer and project management timelines.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work after hours to support customer needs, inquiries and problem resolution.
